I have been terrified of the dentist since I was a child. Dr. MacConnell and his staff put me at ease and guided me through getting my tooth extracted...my Implant placed....and my bone graft done... all on one site...under IV sedation with kindness and care...and all at the same appointment. I left with my temporary tooth in it’s place.....all this was done without having to go to multiple dental offices, without multiple dental appointments, and without having to deal with different people I do not know......I wish all this type of care was available to me years ago ...thank you all so much!

Dr. McConnell and his staff are the best! Easy to schedule an appointment and very quick to see me. He has a very gentle hand and at no point during my procedures was I the slighest bit uncomfortable. He is the first dentist j have ever been to that is able to help me relax and not be so nervous and scared. He is my dentist and I will not go anywhere else. Dr. McConnell's office and services are top notch!! Highly recommend them to everyone!

The staff and dentist were friendly enough. Although I put on my registration form that I see a pain management specialist, he still asked “what are you on these pain meds for girl?” I found that very embarrassing and not in his realm of specialty. I’ve had work done on every tooth including implants, crowns, bridges,endodontic surgery, 10 root canals etc. I just had a temporary put in yesterday following a root canal and MANY individual X-rays. I was called today and told I needed to pay for a full mouth X-ray done after business hours AND $ for a regular exam and still schedule 2 more exams before I get a permanent to replace this temporary. I’ve had MANY temps and temp bridges before that work as regular teeth until the fished product is done. If this temporary stays in for more than 2 days, I’ll be shocked beyond belief. The temp even has a hole in the back at the gum line to allow food to fall into the site. I’m just not happy at all
